Tre Seals

This book design project documents the work, philosophy, and impact of type designer Tre Seals and his foundry, Vocal Type Co. The publication highlights how typography can serve as a powerful storytelling and activist tool. Inspired by historical references and civil rights–era visual language, the design uses strong typographic hierarchy and structured layouts to guide the reader. The project merges research, editorial design, and narrative to create an educational and visually engaging monograph.
